    Hi PriyankaGarg,

Could you please confirm if you are disabling the CRM user or deleting a Account record from CRM?

I am assuming that you wanted to remove a user from CRM. (for more details, please refer http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn531106.aspx)

-Please confirm the security role that you have on the DR environment.

-Also, can you please let me know, if the issue is occurring with only a single user record or with all records that you are trying to disable?

-Have you tried disabling the same user as a system administrator?

Lastly, please post the CRM platform error, that should give us more details about the error. (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907490)

It would also be a good idea to review permissions for various account running CRM services. (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh699825.aspx)

    Have fun playing around.

    Regards,
    Vivek

    Hi Priya,

    Sounds good.

Can you please check if the AutoGroupManagementOff is set to true in the CRM registry hive. This will not allow CRM to manage permissions for the user in Active Directory. If the above setting is present, please set the permissions manually. For more information refer support.microsoft.com/.../946677.

    Have fun playing around.

    Regards,

    Vivek
