has anyone else come across this sort of error message and if so have any idea where the issue would lie? we have a load that has 5 sales orders, that are 2 shipments (as 4 of the sales orders are to the same customer account) and only 1 of the shipments has work created for it, which isn't the shipment with 4 sales orders that make it up.
there is demand replenishment required for the 4 sales orders and the customer account for this is on another wave template compared to the 1 shipment that work has created for. Up to now i cant find anything to resolve this. i have checked the sales order lines reserved match the quantities on the load lines also.
Any help appreciated here. PS o n version 16.0.16.
