Telesign Integration with Power Automate

Dear community members,
 
Using, OBM, I want to send customers (Contact) SMS messages. I have the credentials for the Telesign connector in PA
 
Contacts will also have the ability to reply to the text message. 
 
The flow will check the contacts field is a verified mobile number. 
 
Can someone give me a detailed step by step (Screenshots) on how to implement the flow.

    My other question is the contact have ability to respond to the SMS. 
     
    With Telesign integration, i will use trigger of "When a HTTP request is received"
     
    Have you used this approach for Telesign? If yes, what are the detailed steps please?

    You can implement this with the following flow.
     
    List Rows action filter rows expression: mobilephone ne null
    Filter out records where the mobilephone field is not empty.
     
    If you are using a Telesign trial account, the phone number used needs to be verified by Telesign.
