I have a client getting the following error:

An unexpected error occurred while posting this deposit. Use the Check Links window to check links on the CM (Bank Reconciliation) logical tables

They get this error several time a week. Running Check Links does fix the issue. However, we would like to know what is causing the error. We can modify the user processes, if it is a specific sequence of steps, which is causing the error. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

This is a Citrix environment with 2 servers and 52 users. I was not on site when it happened this week. However, I expect it is not consistent for any user or a specific server.

We have experienced other issues this week, which we believe are due to yet unidentified changes to the network. This could be another symptom.

I would highly suspect something is happening with that particular users network connection.

Is it a single user/workstation that always experiences this issue or does the failure/success the same across all users/workstations?

Is the problem consistent enough that the user could try another users workstation for posting or even a terminal server?
