ReportIs there a way to create and send internal notification emails similar to HubSpot or Marketo (see screenshots) without using Power Automate? The lead/contact entity is created or updated in CIJ. Hence, all the data needed is in CIJ, so it seems a little redundant to use Power Automate (another tool) and set it all up there, rather than just creating an internal notification email template with personalisation and adding it to a journey as a step.
I find it odd that this feature isn't already available in Journeys, or am I overlooking something?
The only way to do this was to trigger a journey that works as an Internal Notification Workflow.
