Hello fellow dynamics users,

just a quick question regarding automatically tracked emails from Outlook to Dynamics 365:

Are past emails of some successfully tracked contact retroactively tracked in Dynamics?

    We were actually hoping that it could be done automatically, but we will use the suggested options now.
