Calculate sales price based on shipment date

Hi all,

Currently when creating a Sales order, the unit price of an item is calculated based on the 'Order date'. Is it possible to calculate it based on the 'Shipment date'?

For example:

When creating a sales order, the unit price is 10€ because the order date is in august:

However, the Shipment date is in September so I would like to get the 20€ as unit price.

Do you guys have any idea how to calculate the unit price based on the Shipment date and not based on the Order date?

    Work around is to change the order date to the shipment date. Otherwise you will need a customisation to alter the price calculation

    As Josh say there is not an option for this out of the box. But the good thing is that the new price experience is easier to customize than the old one.

    There is a customization is required to set the sales price according to our own date field.
