Unable to repair the Dynamic CRM 2011

Hi All,

   Early this morning I have receive complaint that my company Dynamic CRM was inaccessible. Notice that the MS CRM sandbox and unzip services are unable to run, after searching here and there, unable to found any solution, I tried to repair the MSCRM, but below error is display during the system check.

Does anyone face this before and have a solution for it (Hopefully not reinstalling it)? It is a on premise MS CRM on windows 2008 R2 64 bit while the database is on another Windows Server 2008 R2 with MS SQL 2008 64bit.

    Leong,

    I haven't seen this specific issue before but it says to me that there is an issue with Active Directory. Specifically the PrivReportingGroup. Would you check that the user role that you are using is still a member of this group and all the CRM users are members of the group.

    The problem is I not sure when did the 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 thingy being generate, this serial already make me feel there is problem on it, the original should be 8e4664a8-b3c4-df11-ac15-001cc0fa5c45 which I get it from the organization table.

    Anyway, did anyone have the guide to reinstall the Dynamic CRM 2011 and using back the original DB?
