Unfortunately there is no supported way to remove refresh button .

Why you want to hide refresh button ?

Hi,

You can try to use Ribbon workbench. If you can see the button , right click and hide it. IF not, there is no way to hide it.

No, its OOB functionality of CRM and we cant remove anyhow.
