How to create activity chart for sales rep at every stage of the sales process

Good day everyone. I hope all is well with you. We recently came up with a sales process ( 5 stages actually). I am quite new to microsoft crm 2011. I will very my like to create a dashboard for every stage of the sales process. Or if possible create a chart for individual activities of every employee at all the different stages of our sales process. Please someone advice on what to do or give me a better way on how to go about it.
