A job is created to send email. Previously it was working fine. Now mail is not reaching.

Hi all,

A job is created to send email. Previously it was working fine. Now mail is not reaching.

Do any gap is there in setting level of email.

What may be the issue is.

    Hi,

    Did you change anything in the email setup from org admin? and what is the log of the batch saying?

    We have seen this issue when the user id or password of the email sender gets changed or expired, can you double check with your internal IT team? try to change the password and try if required.

    Kindly update.

    SMTP server got hanged.

    We restarted it. Now its working fine.
