Hello,

Is it possible to modify this view in the members tab?

    Hi Fa.

    The view for the members of a segment can be customized from the view called “Segment members” in Contact entity.

    1. Go to Advanced Settings > Settings > Customizations > Customize the system.

    1. Expand the list of entities and expand the Contact entity. Click the Views of Contact entity. Find the view “Segment members”.

    1. Edit the view. For example, add a column “Gender” into it.

    1. Save and close the view. Then publish all customizations.

    1. You’ll see the modification of the view after refreshing the page.

    We tried this but some columns are greyed out when we try to filter in the segment. Is there something we need to update?
