We are trying to find a way to archive those resolved cases in our CRM either locally or online storage like SharePoint or AzureBlob. This is to reduce the overall capacity taken mostly by email contents linked to every case/s.
Maybe someone can help or explain on how to do it. Thank you!
Additional note, availing extraction Add-ons is not an option for us right now.

There may currently be no way to archive these resolved cases in local or online storage. If it is to reduce the overall capacity occupied by email content, you can refer to the methods in the following links to delete email attachments or other content you need to clean up.
