I updated last week to the newest version of Insights.

It worked fine for a while, but now on every record it says HTTP Error 404 - Not Found. I can't figure out how to reset or fix this. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I'm on 2016 Update 1 online.

I solved it. I had to delete the section on the form and add a new web resource. Insights was still working on Contacts, so I was able to copy the web resource url and custom parameter and it worked!
