Sales order Processing-Quote entry

hello, testing sales order-quote process for company implementation of GP; the following quote entry message states "not all required fields are entered", "required fields in plain black text". It seems all fields are entered & can not go pass the entry line due to message. any suggestions ? thank you.

    It has been my experience that the Site ID is missing from the Line Item. The line item headers do not change colors for required fields, so you have no visual queue as to what is missing.

    I do suggest you go into User Preferences, and then select 'display' and change the font and color of your required fields so that they stand out. I like to use Red and Bold.

    Nothing more valuable to add above Leslie suggestion. If you follow the above suggestion, you can see the window as below.

    Note: But, the required field display property(field color) won't work for scrolling window field. I have marked the required fields in POP line details as above screen shot.
