Hello All,
I'm currently testing CRM for Outlook in our RDS environment, everthing works well apart fromerrors when tracking emails. I have narrowed this down to the fact that we use Outlook in 'Online' mode in the environment and have 'Cached Exchange Mode' turned off. Which I see this is unsupported.
Has anyone else come accross this and have a sutible workaround?
My next step will be to look at our RDS setup to try to accomidate but feel that it will be trial and error and could ultimatly not resolve the issue. Also if you have any advice on sutiable setups it would be much appreciated.
