User cannot see requisitions after updated to windows 7

Several users have had their workstations updated to windows 7. They may have also updated Citrix. These users can no longer see their requisitions and their lookups are blank. They can still see them on other workstations. Thanks!

Hi Nola,

on the browser if you press F12 you will see the menu which include browser mode

I'm sorry. How do you change the browser mode? Should they just go ahead and update to IE 8?

You may be able to try OWC (office web components) add in. I know they are for Office 2003 but again it MAY work for Office 2010

Any specific Error message? Or just a blank business portal (Im assuming you are view the reqs. via business portal and SharePoint).

Hi Nola,

if you change the browser mode to IE 8 and 32 bit you will be able to see the same.
