Hi all,

I set the keyboard mapping groups in hardware profile and also set set some mapping keys in it, but when i pressed say 4, 5 or any mentioned keys no action performed.

so i missed out some thing for this setup or where i press keys in MPOS for desired action.

Keyboard mapping is only supported on EPOS, but not on MPOS.

Which document you follow up to set up keyboard shortcut?

I suggest you log a service request to confirm with Microsoft support team for it.
