Power Portal : Users unable to sign in using Azure AD login button

Hi,

I have a strange situation with Power Portals Azure AD login.

Few users in my organization is unable to login using Azure AD login.

When they try to login , they get redirected to same Azure Login Page (without any error) but the same is not happening with my account.

As I am able to login using Azure AD Login button .

And this is happening only in staging environment , Production environment is working fine and users are able to login using Azure AD login button.

I connected with Azure Admin for Azure logs but unable to find any difference as all Azure sign-in attempts are successful.

Let me know if anyone has faced similar situation and any inputs on how to resolve this.

Hello VKarthik

Which type of portal are you using- custom, CSS, ESS etc?

Also, check if the user email and Azure AD UPN match, ideally you should be able to see the Azure error on Sign-in page.

Is the issue with existing Portal Contacts only or even new registrations.
