Intermittent Page Errors

Hi There,

We have a few customers who sporadically get the following error on various pages for some users (but not all):

"The page (Page ID Here) is not valid and cannot be shown. Please contact your system administrator."

The issue is resolved by deleting the User Personalization for the Page ID noted in the error but it continues to occur.

Does anyone know what is causing this?

    I think there are some errors in user personalization.

    Try tu run page 9173 (User Personalization List), select your user, click on Modify List, then in the card page that will appear select the Action tab and here select the "Clear Personalized Pages" menu (red X icon).

    This should never appear again.

    The suggestion of Stefano Demiliani give me another idea... 
    Instead of clearing all Personalized Pages, I just delete the only one record that gave the issue.
    From object designer, run table 2000000075 "User Metadata", filter on the Page Id that give the error and delete those records.
    And my problem was solved.
