Hi,

I use the trial version of dynamics crm.

now I want to buy the license for the server and for the users how to do that?

Once you have purchased a key from a license reseller partner you can use the deployment manager to upgrade the license.

Use 'Change product key' see technet.microsoft.com/.../dn920268.aspx

I would recommend purchasing Dynamics CRM online licenses because they include in prem licences as well and give you the option to upgrade in the future if you wish.

Thanks for your reply,now I know how to change the product key.

but the key that I will buy is for the server or for the users? Can I use the key for multiple users?

You will need a server license and also CALs for each user - your license reseller will be able to help you.

You might need to engage local Microsoft Partners to facilitate purchasing and customization to your needs.

By the way, we you looking for Online or On-premise MS CRM instance??

Click on billing

Click on subscriptions and then buy now

Complete check out by filling details in step 1,2 & 3

I use dynamics CRM on-promise .

I know how to put the key on the server but I do not know how to put the keys CAL on the users.I want to have 1 server license and 30 users license
