I have created   10 users in organization Business unit    and three teams

I am used these 10 users in 3 teams

but I  am unable add these  users into different business units   why? we can not assign users  from another business unit.

give me suggestions.

    Users can only be in one business unit at a time.

    If you want to provide access to data in another business unit , create a team in another business unit and add security role to the team then add users from other business unit to the team . That will allow users from other business unit to access the data
