We have Microsoft Outlook 2010 installed with Dynamics 365 for Outlook plugin(CRM2016-Client-ENU-i386).
From Dynamics 365,
We have customize OOB Appointment form and included HTML Webresource for Muti-Select check box control. It is rendered fine with IE11.
From Outlook using Dynamics 365 for Outlook Plugin,
On creating tracked Appointment and load CRM fields, We were able to see fields but not the Webresource. On checking the DOM from outlook, We have got the Webresource iframe tag but nothing in body tag in underline HTML.
Is there any way to resolve this for Outlook? Any help on this will be really appreciated!!
