The journal entry is out of balance when I post a pay run in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010.

This happens only if create jounal per batch is selected in posting setup. The distrution history printed from payroll is balanced but not the generated journal entry. The issue started after Dynamics GP upgrade from GP 10 to GP 2010.

Does anybody have any idea about this. please help.
