See the screenshot, the system auto match the marked record, but they are so obvious not the same. Anyway can advise how Navision match the 2. What criteria does it based on? Can that be improve over time like AI machine learning?
Hi, Unfortunately, until the latest version, Microsoft was still enhancing this feature.
Better bank reconciliation for checks
There is a similar problem here.
So, in this case, please use Match Manually feature.
