Cannot create and view templates in real-time marketing

Hi,

I already assign these roles to the user, but he still cannot view/create templates in the system.

Can you help me figure out what else roles he needs?

    Hi Chenxiao, 

    The templates in real-time marketing you mentioned is email templates, like Highlighted section in the following screenshot:

    If so, you can check that the email template permissions are sufficient in these security roles you have listed.

    If i misunderstand, could you please provide more details or screenshots about the template?

    Hi Leah,

    User can create the template Email in Outbound Marketing while he cannot create the template in the Realtime marketing.

    I want to know is there any other roles specially related to the Real Time Marketing?

    Hi Chenxiao,

    Thank you for reporting the issue.

    We will fix this by adding needed permissions for email templates to default marketing security roles (Marketing Manager - Business, Marketing Professional - Business).

    In the meantime, you can already add email template permissions for your security roles manually.
