In fielder service while on the schedule board I continue to get this error, "Driving directions are temporarily unavailable. Please Try again." - any ideas why?

    Sorry, bsenger,

    My email links me to the old FieldOne Sky Solution patch, I was just showing you the email I got as reference. You will need the patch for Field Service instead. Microsoft would of sent you an email regarding this if you are a System administrator.

    If not you can just issue a support ticket to Microsoft and they will look into it.

    Image attached, thanks I will review I think we are on the most updated version of CRM/Field Service. I will attempt to import that solution if you believe it will resolve the issue though!

    Hi bsenger,

    Are you a CRM Administrator? We had this email come through not too long ago. Even though this is for FieldOne it still might of affected Field Services as well. The 'download solution' text should link you to a patch.

    Through internal monitoring and telemetry we have determined that you may be using the FieldOne Sky Preferred Vendor Solution. Recent updates to a backend service have been made that will break the driving directions functionality on the schedule board. If this change affects your users, you will need to update your solution by accessing download center, download the solution and import it into your instance. The download will be saved to your local machine with the necessary files needed to import the solution. 

     

    Could you also take a screen shot of what the error looks like?
