It comes from the employee linked with the user, who is creating the SO.

Hi Sin,

You can use the information (e.g. of the sales origin) to analyze where the majority of your sales comes from. This might give you an idea whether you might need to change your strategy and move e.g. to online/telesales.

The sales taker and sales responsible can be used for analyzing and calculating bonuses or calculating the efficiency of people.
