How do I make the body section of the Blank Invoice form larger so more line items can print? If I drag the body down, it doesn't change anything.

The size of the body is controlled by the size of the printable area on the paper (paper size and printer margins) and the size taken up by the Report Header/Page Header and the Report Footer/Page Footer.
If both a Report Header and Page Header is used, they should be the same size.
If both a Report Footer and Page Footer is used, they should be the same size.
The body fills the rest of the space available.
Decrease the Header and Footer sizes to make the space available for the body larger.
