Hi All,

We have a requirement to use web based client across different user locations for ERP. Current installtion is MS Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 ( 6.0 SP1). Can we install or upgrade our existing NAV 2009 R2 with Web client 2013 ?

If anyone can provide suggestion or information, then it will be of great help. Thanks.

You must require to upgrade it from NAV 2009 R2 to NAV 2013 since there are many technical changes has been done by Microsoft. This is also the base line for the future upgrades of Dynamics NAV.

I recommend to upgrade it to NAV 2013. Our most of the client has migrated to NAV 2013 and using the out of the Box functionality of NAV 2013 web client. you can even integrate it with the SharePoint.

Hi

Unfortunately it is not possible to use the web functionality of the 2013 NAV system with a 2009 installation,

You have a couple of options, you could upgrade to 2013, build your own web interface (We have done this for clients in ASP.NET and it works well), you could also look for pre-built solution from a partner
