Hi all! What is the easiest way to access Smart List Builder if I am not sure what the Smart List ID is to pull it up?

You can also look at existing GP views within each company database. There are many views available that will display the same data as the same named SmartList (with a few exceptions).

The SmartList Builder templates for the standard SmartLists are available for download on PartnerSource (possibly CustomerSource as well). They are marked as GP 10 but all of the ones I have tried have worked fine on GP 2010 and GP 2013.

    Search for SmartList template.

Jason, if you need to replicate the standard smartlists, look under SmartList Objects in this guide.  It provides tables and join info for the canned smartlists.

You are not able to change Smartlist reports that ship with GP. You can create a new Smartlist report in Smartlist builder using the tools in builder to create your SQL views. I prefer to create views in SQL Management Studio, and give access to the view in SL Builder.

Once you've created your report, you will need to make it available in security, then set the defaults in Smartlist Options for the new report.

What I mean is if I want to make an adjustment to an existing Smart List how can I bring it up in builder?
