Collections Management causes long login times

Hello,

I have some users that have Collections Management installed.

For one user in particular, it takes at least 8 minutes to login while Collections Management Tasks and Collections Management Main Window load.

For the other two users:

One user sees the windows but they load within seconds and the  second user doesn't see these windows at all.

He has the same permissions as the others.

I cannot find a setting to keep these windows from popping up during login.

Thanks,

Flynn

    Rosemary,

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the long gap between responses, the two windows are named:

Collections Management Tasks and Collections Management Main Window.

I get the same issue on two different machines.

    Jim,

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the long gap between responses.

I checked the startup folder and it is empty.

    Hi,

    Just a couple of questions,

Do you know the name of these windows that are popping up?

And have you tried re-installing CM?

    Flynn,

Check to see if there are any shortcuts listed under the Startup folder in the Navigation Pane of GP.
