Automatically refresh form when click On Demand Workflow

Hi, 

I have on demands workflow. when I run the workflow, and succeeded, the form will not refresh and update automatically, so need to refresh by manually.

is there anyways to do this automatically without refresh manually?

    This can be done but would require some custom code/ development. Basically, you can add a custom ribbon button to trigger the workflow and once the workflow is executed successfully, you can refresh the page using JS.

    I already use the custom ribbon to run the on demand workflow.

    may I know, when this JS will run? is it on form load or something?

    You need to call the js from the custom ribbon button you have added.

    You can try this js code after call workflow by ribbon button 

    Xrm.Page.data.refresh();
