Hi - How i can restrict the GP Payroll users access to the salaries of management, and only allow different few users to access their salaries for the Payroll.

Hi,
The new company includes the details of the Executive payroll. After the payroll is run in the new company, you would need to post a journal entry to the 'real' company. Since you do not want to identify each person's salary, you would take a journal entry that combines all of the guys together in a single entry instead of a separate entry for each person. GP will create this entry automatically for you. I then use Integration Manager to import the JE into the live company. The source for my IM data is the history table of the new company. That way, I'm sure to always match the actual amounts.

The Plan is: We don't want to create a new company and restrict the Executives Payroll in the same company. for the sake of implementation I can create a new company for executive payroll but what do you mean by summary JE?
GP does not support record-level security. Short of a piece of custom code, have you considered putting the executive payroll in a different company and then import a summary JE into your live company for the executives.
