user cannot see a new list value added in customise mode by user having administrative rights

I have been just pushed into supporting and helping with day to day tasks for Dynamics.

I have administrative rights. i was asked to add a value to a drop down list "HC Labor Class" in employee position and rates screen.

I checked, these values are not coming from database.

When i turn the customise mode on, select the HC labor class field, and do F3, i see the values are in the List attribute.

I add the new value, save it.

i can see the new value, but other users cannot.

What do i have to do to push this customisation to other users.

    Thank you.

Yes I resolved the issue. I was doing customization in Self. I googled and learned that I need to change customization level to group/user for whom the customization is.

    Thank you

    Hi Taseem

First  let me know, in which customization level you did that customization?.

If you did that customization in Self level then you can see that value in that list but other users cant see that list.

So better you can do that customization changes in All-Users level. I hope this will resolve your needs.

    Thanks
