When using the "Send Direct Email" feature, it opens a window with an option to send a bulk email to "Selected records on current page", "All records on current page", or "All records on all pages".
I'd like to lock this dropdown, so users cannot change it from "Selected records on current page". Does anyone have an idea of how to accomplish this??
The reason for this request is we want to prevent any of our users from sending an email to our entire customer base, whether intentionally or accidentally. The feature is very useful, but it's too risky for us to enable it if they can send to the entire view of "All Contacts".
