Hi all I am new to this site so please bare with me on this issue that I have been dealing for 2 weeks and countless hours on trying to figure out.
First it took me a while to find this site so I am glad I did, so as you can see I needed to log in using my credentials using Windows Live ID, but I would like to get to Dynamics Customer Source/Portal, we have a site license with Great Plains.
So I received the invitation from a GP consultant I won’t post this here because its a bit long but the subject line goes as:
CustomerSource Administrator User Guide
I follow the instructions:
To begin using CustomerSource, users will need to have a Microsoft account or an Organizational account. For more details on the two authentication account types read the information provided under the "Authentication Accounts" section within this email.
Authentication Accounts
1. Microsoft account
Sign in with the account you use for SkyDrive, Xbox LIVE, Outlook.com, or other Microsoft services. If you do not have a Microsoft account, one can be obtained by visiting the Microsoft account web site. signup.live.com/signup.aspx
2. Organizational account
Sign in with the account provided by your work or school to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Office 365, or other Microsoft services.
It take me to this link, mbs.microsoft.com/.../northamerica
I log in and get this error:
Sorry, you currently do not have access to this site.
To gain Access associate your profile or seek additional assistance.
I then click on the associate link and I get this:
Account Association
The Credentials that you have entered are not associated with a CustomerSource or PartnerSource Profile
Try Logging in Again?
To log in with a different set of credentials choose one of the options listed below.
Microsoft Employees
Sign in with your Internal domain account. (Example: domain\alias )
Microsoft account
Sign in with the account you use for SkyDrive, Xbox LIVE, Outlook.com or other Microsoft Services.
Organizational account
Sign in with the account provided by your work or school to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM online, Office 365, or other Microsoft services.
I have tried just about everything and cannot get Customer Portal, we have a GP consultant, and he said that I am already set up and gave me another invite and I do have a Windows Live ID because I am logging in to this site. I have emailed him step by step, picture by picture and his reply was to used my Windows Live ID, I have another use do this using different credentials and same results.
I am a bit frustrated and was hoping someone could give us some advice.

Regarding your issue accessing customer source, I would ask you to access the following link ; Microsoft Dynamics Customer Source . Once you are logged in, use your windows live account (which has already been linked to customer source by your partner). Enter your window live ID credentials.
The steps are quire easy, you may refer to the post below for a step by step guide on How to gain access to Microsoft Dynamics CustomerSource
Otherwise, you may refer to your partner for answers.
