Update probability field when the opportunity is Close as Won

i have a requirement that whenever i close the opportunity as Close as Won, then probability of sales field should be updated as 100%. anyone know how can i achieve this requirement. I have tried this using ribbon work bench but the i am not able to add the command in the existing button Close as Won

Workflow is the best way to do this .

set condition when change of status Opportunity to close and set probability fied value.

Hi,

Easy opiton to have real time workflow which can update this field before status change of the opportunity. Otheroption is to have plugin which will trigger on pre setstate and SetStateDynamic entity and update field.
