Missing Required Components - CFS - IOT Alert Process Flow

Hi,

I am encountering an issue where a solution I am using is not exporting because of the missing required components below. Just a week ago I was able to export this solution without this error. We do not use the IOT functionality so I would prefer to not add these components.

They appear to be required by work orders and cases but I have not been able to locate a setting in any of these entities to disable the IOT functionality.

I would really appreciate any advice on how to get around this issue.

Thank you in advance

    Hi!

It could be that a week ago you didn't have installed the "Connected Field Service for Microsoft Dynamics365" solution, which installs the IoT components to accomplish the solution functionality.

These solutions add fields to many entity forms (e.g. case entity) which will throw the message shared when exporting the solution.

If no one in your organization uses the connected FS functionality, I'd just uninstall (after triple checking) the corresponding solutions and stay just with the Field Services solution(s). Then, depending on the components included in your solution, it might throw the warning that it needs some other components too.

If you share the full grid data of the first image (exporting solution) we can give you a piece of advice.

For fastest resolution, I recommend you create an incident with us from the Admin Portal to take a deep took at the issue.

    Regards.
