We have posted PO with wrong Tax, how can we remove that tax. from the PO.

    Make it to Draft and change it unless you have receipt created for this.

    "Request change" option will help you.

    Seems it's still open  and status is confirmed, also  not fully invoiced. if you are not partially invoiced /Receipt,

    Just change tax codes.
