Collection Techniques & Tips in Business Central

Is anyone using Business Central for accounts receivable collections without adding an app, like I-Solutions?

Even if your answer is a "No we use ______" I'd appreciate hearing back from you.

I'm looking for the most efficient way to

1. View a list of past due accounts and then easily navigate to the customer screen with outstanding invoices on it.

2. Be able to make notes and/or send emails with multiple invoices attached, easily.

3. Set reminders to prompt for follow up on broken promises.

4. Once I'm finished communicating with an account then one click back to the list

So far I haven't found what I'm looking for, however, I've been using the program for less than 2 months.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you!

    Hello,

This is a typical question for partner / customer community, but in general you can ask your partner to create an extension that does do exactly what you want.

    Thank you.
