I would like to include direct labor cost on production order, and I know this can be done by setting up work center. This will mean that as hours get posted on production order, COGS will raise. But how does this work in relation to the payroll posting? If I set up this and then post the payroll as usual, then we will have double cost for direct personnel (if we assume productivity is 100 %)? How should this be handled?
Can someone please explain this from both a technical and financial perspective?
