I am trying to setup a mailbox that has different alias from the Crm tenant registered.
For example, in the Dynamics Crm Online that I am working on users have email addresses like 'example@contoso.com'. I want to setup a queue for incoming and outgoing emails that has a primary email address as 'example@microsoft.com'. Is that possible?
We have microsoft aliased email addresses to. What we trying to achieve is to send emails to costumers with these 'microsoft' aliased emails instead of 'contoso' aliased one. Besides, customers will send emails to 'example@microsoft.com' and the emails will be tracked in CRM. After that we should reply these emails from 'microsoft' aliased emails. Is that possible to?
