Setting up a mailbox that has different alias from Crm tenant

I am trying to setup a mailbox that has different alias from the Crm tenant registered.

For example, in the Dynamics Crm Online that I am working on users have email addresses like 'example@contoso.com'. I want to setup a queue for incoming and outgoing emails that has a primary email address as 'example@microsoft.com'. Is that possible?

We have microsoft aliased email addresses to. What we trying to achieve is to send emails to costumers with these 'microsoft' aliased emails instead of 'contoso' aliased one. Besides, customers will send emails to 'example@microsoft.com' and the emails will be tracked in CRM. After that we should reply these emails from 'microsoft' aliased emails. Is that possible to?

    I am trying to figure out how to add email accounts under Dynamics CRM's Exchange online account for couple of hours.

    'outlook.office365.com/ecp&; this is the url that I connect to Exchange online admin panel. I am connecting with as a global administrator account but I am pretty much lost here.

    Do you have any idea to how can I add Microsoft email accounts to Exchange.

    After your response I am assuming that we should create 'microsoft' aliased emails under the Dynamics CRM's Microsoft exchange account.

    After that we can sync these microsoft email addresses in CRM instance using Microsoft Exchange online server profile. Then, we will be able to use these email address for queues.

    Is that make sense?

     I think its possible , if you have Microsoft exchange account. You can refer below link to configure your mailbox.
