Employee List in BP errors out

hi all,

i am setting up the business portal to see what we can do with it. now that i know how to setup users to use this thing, i was trying to get our HR department online with it as well, so they can approve user profile changes.

in the Human Resources Center, the "Employee List" is erroring out. Here is the log from the sharepoint server:

SharePoint Foundation	General	Failed to find 'ContainmentTextToolTip' property or field for type '_controltemplates_containmentarea_ascx'.
SharePoint Foundation	General	Failed to set the 'ContainmentTextToolTip' property on type '_controltemplates_containmentarea_ascx': Failed to find 'ContainmentTextToolTip' property or field for type '_controltemplates_containmentarea_ascx'.

im pretty sure this error is making the page fail. does someone know how to fix this? thanks!

I have a few questions and comments that may help to better understand the situation.

What version of Dynamcis GP and Business Portal are you using?

Can you please be more specific about what page is throwing an error in your environment?

What is the error that is returning to the UI of Business Portal?

Do you have a "company dropdown" in the upper right hand corner of your portal?

Do other pages or web parts work correctly, or do they all seem to fail in the same way?
