Hi,

I tried to use Sellable days functionality.

Have item FEFO controlled.

Batch number on stock with exp date: 31.05.2022

Have requested date on sales order line: 25.05.2022

Sellable days for customer: 100

System allows me to reserve this batch?

Why? Any suggestions?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Ela,

On Item Model Group, is FEFO reservation based on expiry date or Best Before Date?

On Reservation Hierarchy, you reserve batch abpove location?

Saleable days is set o n customer master record, have you set a number of salable days for that customer?.

If not, it is possible that you need to set Saleable days on teh customer as that calculation looks at the number of days (to expiry date of best before date depending on IMG FEFO reservation date)  from the date of receipt.   If there are no saleable days, you batch date is still the valid and meets the FEFO reservation policy.

    Regards,

    Danny

I am also wondering why the system looks into the date of receipt since I have expiry date on batch?

I had the same problem. Not sure if you managed to resolve it, but for anyone else: the issue turned out that none of my batch id's had a 'best before' date, only an 'expiry date' (even though the inventory model group was set to use the 'expiry date'). After populating the 'best before' dates, the functionality worked as expected.
