unable to cancel planned cross dock or maintain markings - "transactions has been changed"

Hello All,

Looking for help on a scenario I'm stuck on.

I have two planned cross docks and I need to cancel them. They both reference the same supply order which is a purchase order. One is for a sales order and the other is for a transfer order.

Cross dock 1 = From PO1 to SO1

Cross dock 2 = From PO1 to TO1

When I go to the associated load and click 'cancel cross docking', we land on the error below.

After some research, I learned this error is related the inventory marking. I understand this error to mean "X were originally marked on the supply order but now Y are marked".

So I go to PO1 (the supply order) and try to maintain the inventory marking. I attempt to UNMARK the other demand order, but it cannot be maintained due to the planned cross docking. I land on this error below.

I am stuck in a loop. I cannot cancel the planned cross docking because the inventory marking has changed, and I cannot remove the marking for other demand orders because the planned cross docking exists.

Any troubleshooting tips or advice? Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Nick
