Customizing ribbon on specific entity form

I have an entity (Team Member) that is a collection of contacts (with other data) that defines a team of contacts from the client.  The Team Member entity should be only and add or delete since a single Team Member record can only be related to ONE client (Parent relationship).  When I display the Team Members grid form, in the ribbon there is a button to "Add Existing".  Since this isn't possible, if the user tries it throws an error (as it should).

My question is this:  How do I customize the ribbon on this particular entity/form to remove the "Add Existing" button.  OR, is there some other solution OR am I doing something wrong in my definition of the entity relationship?

Thanks,
Glen

Clarification:  I have documentation on how to customize the ribbon.  I guess what I'm really trying to get at is whether I've defined the entity relationship incorrectly.  Below is a graphic depicting the entity types and how they relate.

Download and install the Ribbon Workbench solution into your environment.

Then create a new solution and add your custom entity to it.

When you launch Ribbon Workbench and point it at the new solution you created, you will then be presented with a interface to back able to make changes to the ribbon.

Make sure you change the drop down on the right side to "SubGrid".

You should then be able to right-lick a button and select "Hide Button"

Publish Solution from the top and you should be set

    Jason,

Thank you for your response.  I downloaded and installed Ribbon Workbench as you suggested and I've been going through the How-To's to begin learning the process.  I'm stuck, however, on one thing.  The button I'm trying to hide/edit does not show in the ribbon items when editing the ribbon for my custom entity.

When I open the "Team Members" list form to add/edit/delete members from the team, there are two ADD buttons.  One is Add New and one is Add From Existing.  The Add From Existing button does not show up in Ribbon Workbench and I can't seem to figure out where to find it to change its behavior.  Am I missing something simple or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sincerely,
    Glen

In the eternal words of Emily Latella...."Nevermind".  I finally stumbled accress the dropdown box in the top right-hand corner showing the other versions of the ribbon.

    Thanks,
    Glen
