Hi there,

Is it possible to Apply different Purchase Order layout according to the status.

For example, if the PO is not approved yet, only draft layout can be used.

If the PO is in released status, another layout can be applied.

Hi Ming,

To achieve this requirement, you have to do development. Please contact to your development partner.

Please check below information.

Need to add some code on Report, when user try to print PO base upon status system will print information on Report. (With visible True / False option you can print information on Report Header Part.)

If PO is in Pending for Approval. -> If will print some img. or Hard Text in Report area. And if PO in release status that img. or Text will be hide.

Hi, In the latest BC21, users can choose Layout by themselves. If there are only two, I think letting customers choose can reduce many customization.
