Document handling is inactive for this user

Hi All :

When I click  'attachment' to upload a file in AP invoice journal which had been posted, an error happened.

The error is : Document handling is inactive for this user (view options)

Do you know the reason and how to resolve this issue.

    Hi,

    Please open the user options / preferences and activate the parameter for document handling.

    Then try again.

    Hi,

    Go to sys admin- select user ID- user option form header- from the preference tab- enable document handling to YES

    share the result;
