ReportOur purchaser and production are having problems with inventory adjustments, each time the item transaction entry is used it will not give an adjustment number. A box pops up saying " The next document could not be displayed please check the Inventory Control Setup window" When i go to the setup window it shows the next available adjustment number in the box. It doesn't seem to be pulling numbers to fill that.
Similar issue with production ordering, when a Quick MO is made and they try to "Close MO", it gives an "Unable to get inventory document number" box for each item that is trying to be closed then the window below.
It then will pop up with yet another box saying " The next inventory adjustment number could not be determined. Contact manufacturing support."
If someone with experience in the GP manufacturing model know how to help me that be appreciated, I came from a company that used a different system, so i'm not too familiar with GP.
